Jennifer L. McInerney concentrates her practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law, domestic violence and adoptions.

She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Scott in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Family Division.

Ms. McInerney earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Fairfield University and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

She is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Ms. McInerney serves as an Early Settlement Panelist for the Family Court in Morris County and provides pro bono legal representation to battered women and children through the Battered Woman's Legal Advocacy Program. She is a past member of the North Jersey Family Law Inn of Court.
